Jessie Carnes, owner and head photographer of Persephony Photography. Born and raised in North Carolina. A true photographer will be willing to travel and do just about anything for that special shot.

Photography, to me, is an art of perception. Creative design of images that I have captivated and frozen in that moment in time. Creating a feeling that moves and inspires you. Capturing that moment that will never once be taken again. Every photo I have ever taken moves me forward in a better direction than where I was before.

I have an amazing daughter and a very special man that inspire me to be a better mother and companion daily. They are highly suppportive in my future with photography.
